How to Use Nirmal Library Management System
Follow these simple steps to operate the system smoothly:
🧑🎓 Register a New Student
Click on “Register Student” from the left navigation menu
Fill in student details (Name, ID, Seat No., Fees, etc.)
Click Save to complete registration
🕒 Mark Student Attendance
To mark entry, click “MARK IN”
Search or select the student name/ID
Entry time will be recorded automatically
To mark exit, click “MARK OUT”
💺 Seat Management
View seat availability from the Seat Status section
Occupied and empty seats are shown in real time
💰 Fees Management
Click “Fees” from the left menu
Update monthly fees, payment status, or pending dues
All transactions are saved automatically
📊 View Reports & Charts
Click on “Reports” from the left navigation menu
Access attendance reports, fees summary, and seat usage charts
Use data for daily or monthly analysis
📺 Live Dashboard
Open Dashboard to see live updates
Total students, occupied seats, attendance, and collections are displayed instantly
